Job Description

  • Source for new business market and conduct market research, analyzing demands and direction to facilitate the feasibility studies of projects and development
  • Work on marketing plan, contracts, budget planning and determine advertising media (e.g. website and billboards), to promote company’s branding
  • Analyze market segment and technological trend to develop marketing strategies

Job Requirement

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Physics, Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in test equipment is required for this position

Conversion Kits & Spare Part Assembly
  • Managing and mechanical assembly parts for Work Order, Conversion Kit, Warranty, Consignment, Bundle and Check & Repair
  • Assemble standard and non-standard mechanical components into the assembly or sub-assembly parts
  • Keep work area clean and organized for increased safety and productivity
  • Perform checking upon completion of works and triggering Planner for next processes and pending items
  • Oversee work order/production process and follow-up closely with work order/production schedules
  • Ensure products are produce on time and in good quality
  • Work with other team for wiring items and testing
  • Provide guidance, mentoring and training to new/junior team member/colleague
  • Initiate problem-solving and overcome process as to reduce for task ordering related problem or delays

Handler IPC & Vision Assembly

Handler IPC

  • Receive and record down all IPC component into server
  • Assembly and install all required cards into IPC according to layout provided
  • To ensure all software be installed into the IPC base on W/O
  • To ensure all the data been saved into the PC & recording all evidence for traceability
  • Supporting on EOL/Engineering for verification & troubleshooting if issue found on PC

Vision

  • Receive and ensure record down all Vision Component into server
  • Assembly, install & align camera & lens
  • Assembly and clean 5S prism or any prism related items

  • Prepare camera configuration checklist for every W/O

  • Assemble mechanical components into finished or sub-assembly modules according to assembly drawings and work instruction with meeting the quality criteria

  • Keep all tools in good working order and operate with guards in place and wear any applicable safety equipment
  • Perform machine’s wiring accordingly to wiring diagrams provided
  • Perform proper wiring labelling
  • Perform wiring’s QC check upon completion of works
  • Assist on trouble shooting wiring issue and IO wiring checking
  • Assisting in continuous improvement ideas to improve safety, quality and productivity of mechanical assembly and machine’s wiring
