Job Description

  • Leading the Corporate Marketing and Sales Department in establishing business strategies and direction to meet the corporate objective and target
  • Source for new business market and conduct market research, analysing demands and direction to facilitate the feasibility studies of projects and development 
  • Work on marketing plan, contracts, budget planning and determine advertising media (e.g. website and billboards), to promote company’s branding
  • Analyse market segment and technological trend to develop marketing strategies
  • Analyse marketing data such as events and campaigns performance and results
  • To develop annual sales plan and implement relevant marketing strategies besides analyse sales trend and results
  • To project sales forecast and target customers on regular basis
  • To develop new customers base and maintain relationship with current customers to maximize sales opportunity and identify new opportunities
  • To provide necessary support and aftersales service to customer, or technical recommendation to customer
  • To be one of the key contact points of customer and work with Engineering team to handle any customers’ issues, enquiries and request promptly, accurately and professionally
  • To ensure effective ongoing support for all machines installed at customers’ side and the service provided to customers is of the highest quality possible within the resources available
  • To lead all domestic and international marketing and promotional activities such as exhibitions, trade show and new product launching
  • To work closely with Sales Planning & Customer Service team and Engineering team to ensure customers’ enquiries and issues are well resolved
  • To demonstrate a good understanding of engineering support delivery process and practice
  • To produce regular reports to the Management in a timely manner and with quality inputs
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure

Job Requirement

  • At least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Physics, Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to travel within Malaysia
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, willing to learn and work hard
  • Possess good leadership, organizing skills, team work spirit and positive attitude
  • Able to manage overall sales activities, branch office and service support team
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills

  • Perform quality inspection checking on incoming and outgoing parts as required per Drawing Specifications and checklist.
  • Identify non-conforming parts and arrange reworks with production or subcon.
  • Generate QC report & Rejection report.
  • Maintain, timely update inspection record.
  • Upkeep of measuring equipment and ensure equipment are calibrated as per schedule.

Job Requirement

  • At least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Metal Fabrication/Tools) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.

  • Knowledge of CNC Milling, Conventional Milling and Grinding machines.
  • Perform checking on machines to ensure it is in working order before set up.
  • Set up machines processes according to technical drawing, work instruction or machine set up sheet.
  • Perform fine tuning when workpiece's dimension out of spec or nearly out.
  • Perform in-process quality checks on work pieces and / or finished part by using measuring equipment.
  • Ensure products comply with Quality requirement within time schedule.
  • Achieve goal for machine setup time and production output.
  • Troubleshoot machining related issues such as machine over travel, ATC or APC alarm.
  • Sustain 5S and safety work environment.
  • Design simple jig & fixture and cutting tools if needed.
  • Perform machine maintenance and report any issues to Superior.

Job Requirement

  • At least a Diploma or Advance Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Metal Fabrication/Tools) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Precision Engineering industry.
  • Able to operate 3 Axis CNC machines.
  • Good interpretation on drawing projection, symbols and tolerances.
  • Understand common CNC G codes & M codes.
  • Experience in Master Cam programming is a value added.
  • Able to work on rotating shift and over time when required.
  • Good eyesight and healthy body required.
