Job Description 

  • Receives orders from sales & customer service team and generate the work orders with target delivery date
  • Establish general lead time with production and purchasing to ensure orders able to ship out on  time to customer
  • Issue purchase requisition and other forms for customer orders purpose
  • Creates production schedule and prioritizes the orders according to delivery dates
  • Maintains the production schedule and follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation
  • Expedite operations and material that delay schedules, and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
  • Interacts with sales & customer service team and Purchasing when required to resolve delivery issues
  • Liaises with sales & customer service team to determine customer requirements
  • Monitors project's progress to ensure it's following the schedule
  • Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization
  • Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation
  • Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date
  • Generate master schedule for production planning

 

Job Requirement
